Explore what it means to live fully human.

Hi, I’m Greta. I’m a musician, martial artist, and herbalist devoted to living fully human. I host grounded conversations on my podcast Thought Experiment Called Life and offer practices that explore resilience, creativity, nervous system care, and what it means to come home to yourself.

I’m here for the dreamers, the doers, the late bloomers, and the multi-hyphenates. For those navigating illness or reinvention, rediscovering creativity, strengthening their bodies, or quietly rebuilding their relationship with themselves.

If you’re walking an unconventional path or following the quiet calling of your heart, you’re in the right place.

It’s Nice To Meet You

I’ve spent over 20 years as a professional musician and more than a decade as an entrepreneur, using creativity as a way to explore what it means to be human. That curiosity eventually grew into my podcast, Thought Experiment Called Life, where I host honest, grounded conversations about mindset, healing, creativity, and living with intention.

I’m a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and a black belt in Krav Maga, and my first real job was teaching self-defense in South Philly. I also hold a master’s degree in herbalism and integrative nutrition, a path shaped deeply by my own healing journey after living with Lyme disease since my early 20s. That experience became a long and humbling teacher, reshaping my relationship with strength, presence, and care.

I’m a devoted wife to my best friend and a cat mom to three senior cats. Most weekends, you’ll find us wandering the Colorado mountains. In 2025, we logged over 100 miles of hiking, something we’re still very proud of. Nature is my greatest teacher and a foundational part of my personal practice.

Now in my 40s, I’ve built a life I once couldn’t have imagined, not flashy or sensational, just heart-centered, steady, and full of gratitude. My greatest joy is helping people remember their magic, their inner light, especially in moments when they’ve forgotten. After all, we’re just walking each other home.
