Into The Woods; Adventures in Lyme Disease

-TWO OPPORTUNITIES TO CHECK THIS WORKSHOP OUT-
Dates: Wednesday, May 16th & Monday, June 25th

Time: 6:30pm-8:30pm
Cost: $30 in advance or $35 at the door

Ask anyone in the Chester County area about Lyme disease and chances are they've had it, their loved one has had it, their neighbor has had and/or their pet has had it. Everyone's experiences are different though...some are chronic and have taken over their lives, some only lasted a few weeks, while some have never received a clear diagnosis and are still seeking answers.

During this talk, we will discuss 'all the things' surrounding Lyme disease including prevention, different experiences, coinfections, resources, and more, as a way to support you or your loved ones on the journey to heal from this pervasive condition.

While this talk is not necessarily about precise protocols for those with Lyme disease, we will discuss many of the options currently available and you will be directed to helpful resources should you chose to work with a practitioner moving forward.

This talk will shed some light on the possibilities of a healthy future post-Lyme and ultimately help you remember how strong you truly are.

Please join us as we gather in community and paint pictures of brighter futures for those with Lyme disease.

Bring a journal so you may take notes.

Be Your Own Kitchen Witch

Harness the power of plants & empower your health

Most of us have heard the phrase “Let thy food be thy medicine and thy medicine be thy food,” but how do we really put that into practice in an everyday setting?

In this workshop, we will explore a few herbs that are readily available in the kitchen that we can use in therapeutic ways to support our and our family’s health.

The phrase “Kitchen Witch” means knowing how to utilize herbs with a folk medicine approach, whether that be in making tea, or herbal blends to use in cooking or topical use, as well as many other ways these powerful plants can be worked with for supporting our ability to thrive.

This will be an ongoing series due to the amount of plants to learn about, so join us to begin your Kitchen Witchen Journey!

Wild Messengers - Discover your totem animal & learn to understand the messages they bring.

For many years I have learned how to navigate life through some tough situations by working with animal messengers. One of my greatest joys is to teach others how communicate with these wise spirits who are often trying to get our attention and to help us along our own earthly journeys. In this workshop you will not only discover your Totem Animal (and you can have more than one), but you will also learn how to begin this conversation with our wild friends and you will learn about some of the messages they may bring. My goal is to teach you to discover the beauty of this hidden in plain sight relationship we all have with the Wild.
